What you can't bring into the stadium
・Fireworks, firecrackers, smoke bombs, gas horns, etc. are not permitted to be brought into the venue.
・Bottles and cans are also not permitted to be brought in. Please pour the contents into a paper cup at the entrance before entering.
・Pets are not permitted to be brought to the event (except for guide dogs and hearing assistance dogs).
・Please cooperate with baggage inspection at the entrance.

" Cheering etiquette and following the rules "
・Please hang cheering banners and banners in the designated areas so as not to interfere with spectators or match management.
・Please refrain from any discriminatory, insulting or offensive remarks or actions that go against public order and morals.
- Leaning forward from the front of the second and third floor seats and waving large flags is prohibited.

・The use of whistles, loudspeakers, and other sirens is prohibited.
・Do not throw anything onto the field.
- Please do not enter the field.

・Please refrain from leaving luggage in the aisles or standing in the aisles while watching or cheering.

・Smoking is prohibited in the spectator seats.

In order to ensure the safety of stadium visitors, our club operates matches based on management regulations.
If any of the prohibited acts set out in the management regulations or acts that pose security problems are committed, you may be asked to leave the premises or barred from entry.
Please also be aware that you may be barred from entering games at stadiums other than the one where the violation occurred.
We ask for your cooperation to ensure safety.

" Baggage inspection will be carried out upon entry "
・In order to further strengthen security within the stadium, we will be conducting baggage inspections at the entrance gates.

" How to enter "
・Please present your QR ticket or paper ticket.

" How to exit "
・To reduce crowding, players will be dispersed or exited in a regulated manner depending on the match.
Please cooperate and follow the announcements and instructions from staff when leaving the venue.

" About watching the game "
・Tickets are valid for one person and one time only on the day.
・Please note that resold tickets will be invalid and you may be refused entry. We are not responsible for any troubles that may occur with resold tickets.
- If you are injured at the match venue, first aid will be provided, but we will not be held responsible for any subsequent injuries.
・Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss, fire, damage, etc. In addition, tickets will only be refunded if the match cannot be held, is cancelled, or does not go ahead due to force majeure, but travel expenses etc. will not be compensated (in this case, the ticket stub will be required, so please keep it in a safe place).
・Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or changed for any reason.
-Smoking areas will be open until the last 10 minutes of the show.
・We have a nursing room and a kids room. (Eating and drinking are prohibited in the kids room.)
When you leave, please check your surroundings and make sure you haven't left anything behind.
・To ease congestion, we will implement staggered exits.

・Posting banners, gate flags, large flags, etc. in areas not approved by the club
・Use of tram megaphones, drums, and gate flaps other than Category 6 (north side: GAMBA OSAKA side) and Category 6 (south side: Real Sociedad side)
・Standing up to watch the match in any seat other than Category 6 (north side: GAMBA OSAKA side) or Category 6 (south side: Real Sociedad side)
・Standing on chairs to watch/cheering, hitting stadium equipment instead of clapping (hitting chairs, etc.)
・Use of confetti and paper tape
・Hitting or kicking stadium facilities (hitting or kicking chairs, etc.)
・Going out after 10 minutes of the second half
・Re-entry after 20 minutes of the second half
- Disruption of operations (group protests, staying behind, lurking, blocking buses, etc.)
- Nuisance behavior inside and outside the stadium (Banpaku Park, etc.) (failure to follow instructions from staff, violence, intimidation, threats, or behavior that the club considers to be disruptive to public order)
- Any actions that cause inconvenience to neighboring residents
- Unauthorized distribution or posting of posters or fliers, or collection of donations, petitions, surveys, or sales of goods
- Bringing in or using any items that may disrupt the running of the match, such as laser pointers, whistles, loudspeaker sirens, etc.
・Use of large flags (large flags larger than 1,015mm x 1,575mm) in any area other than Category 6 (north side: GAMBA OSAKA side) and Category 6 (south side: Real Sociedad side)
・Using large flags (flags with metal poles) in areas other than the designated areas (areas designated by Spectator Rules)
・Displaying banners in places other than the designated areas
- Any slanderous or libelous acts against referees, players, Head Coach, spectators, or other related parties, or the display of banners (if the club determines that such acts are slanderous, they will be removed immediately)
・Cheering and watching with umbrellas open
・Unauthorized cutting in line or taking up more spots than necessary
・Putting your belongings in the aisle ・Standing in the aisle to watch the game
・Smoking inside the stadium
・Unauthorized use of surrounding parking lots and parking in no-parking zones
・Stepping over or sticking your foot out over a fence or handrail
- Sitting or straddling a fence or handrail

・Using drones and selfie sticks
Any other conduct that the club deems inappropriate

*If you plan to support the visiting team or wear or support uniforms or merchandise , please purchase tickets other than "Category 6 (North side: GAMBA OSAKA side)".
In the "Category 6 (North side: GAMBA OSAKA side)" area, only GAMBA OSAKA uniforms and merchandise can be worn and used. Thank you for your understanding to prevent any trouble.

" Rules for displaying cheering banners and using large flags "
Please note that only official flags (flags sold and distributed by GAMBA OSAKA as merchandise) and items that have been applied for in advance and for which the club has contacted you to confirm they can be displayed will be permitted to be displayed.
*Please note that even if a display has been approved, GAMBA OSAKA may refuse to display it on the day of the match in order to prevent any trouble.
*The reception schedule is subject to change. If there are any changes, we will inform you on our website.
*Posting any discriminatory wording is strictly prohibited for any reason. We will refuse entry to you.

When displaying banners, please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff.
If you do not follow the instructions, your poster may not be displayed.
Only items that have been approved for Application for posting materials may be posted.

" About moving to the concourse "
Basically, you can move around the Lower levels concourse of the stadium.
However, customers wearing uniforms or merchandise other than those of GAMBA OSAKA will not be allowed to enter the "Category 6 (north side: GAMBA OSAKA side)" area.
