What is Hometown?

GAMBA OSAKA's registered hometown cities are Suita, Ibaraki, Takatsuki, Toyonaka, Settsu, Ikeda, and Minoh, and its operating area is the Hokusetsu and Kitakawachi regions.
GAMBA OSAKA has been involved in hometown activities since the start of the J League in 1993, and has been striving to become a club that is closely connected to the local community.
Here we will introduce some of the activities we are working on.

We will introduce the seven hometown cities of GAMBA OSAKA: Suita, Ibaraki, Takatsuki, Toyonaka, Settsu, Ikeda, and Minoh.

Hometown Activities
Hometown activities began in 1993 when the J League was launched.
We have deepened our bonds with local people through interactions mainly in Suita City, Ibaraki City, Takatsuki City, Toyonaka City, Settsu City, Ikeda City, and Minoh City.
Here we will introduce some of the major ongoing activities.
GAMBASSIST
GAMBASSIST is an initiative by GAMBA OSAKA, focusing on the hometown area.
We assist (sponsor) activities that aim to "create a bright future for children," "live healthy and fulfilling lives," and "create safe and prosperous cities."
By joining forces with everyone in our hometown, we can create a great force for the environment and for city development.
Through GAMBA OSAKA, let's work together to solve local issues and create a hometown where many people can live prosperously.
