We would like to sincerely apologize to all customers who have used the GAMBA OSAKA official online shop for any concern and inconvenience caused.

The GAMBA OSAKA official online shop outsources shipping operations to Felissimo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter Felissimo), and Felissimo outsources the development and maintenance of the warehouse management system to Kantsu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter Kantsu).
On Tuesday, September 17th, we received a report from Felissimo that Kantsu's warehouse management system "Cloud Thomas" had been hit by a ransomware cyber attack, resulting in the possibility of personal information being leaked. As a result, we suspended all online shop services from the same day.
After discussions with Felissimo, we have been able to ensure the safety of our work by carrying out shipments without using the system for the time being, and we would like to inform you that we will resume operations from 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27th.

We have previously stated that regular products, excluding pre-order items, will be shipped approximately 7 to 10 days after the order (approximately 7 to 10 days after payment if paying at a convenience store). However, currently, we are not using this system to process orders, so we ask for your understanding that there may be a delay of a few days in shipping your products.

We will continue to report the results of our investigations and fact-finding as they occur, and will work diligently with our contractors, Felissimo and Kantsu, to prevent recurrence.
