[Notes]
*Your membership card (IC card with nanaco) will be delivered 2-3 weeks after joining the fan club. If you are a continuing member, it will take about 1-2 weeks to register your information on the membership card. As soon as your membership card is valid, you will be eligible to receive points.
* Digital membership card registration will be completed 1-2 weeks after joining the fan club. Points will be awarded as soon as the digital membership card is activated.
*If you are currently in the process of having your membership card reissued, we will handle it separately, so please bring your ID and come to the fan club booth outside the venue on the day. Please note that we will only be able to handle your request when the fan club booth is open on the day.
・Weekday matches: 3 hours before kickoff - 30 minutes after kickoff or the end of the match
・Holiday matches: 4 hours before kickoff ~ 30 minutes after kickoff or the end of the match
*Under any circumstances, we will not be able to provide visit history or award visit points at a later date.
*Only applicable to those who have a ticket for the day of the event.
*Points will expire at the final home league game of the 2024 season.
